En die Franse k\u00e9n van pienk wyn.<\/p>\n<p>Toe \u2019n parmantige botteltjie <a href=\"https:\/\/kwv.co.za\/product-category\/brands\/brands-roodeberg\/\" title=\"roodeberg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Roodeberg<\/a> ros\u00e9 van <a href=\"https:\/\/kwv.co.za\/product-category\/brands\/brands-roodeberg\/\" title=\"kwv\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">KWV<\/a> hom dus die ander dag op my voorstoep kom tuismaak, nooi ek hom sommer dadelik in. Die ding met \u2019n ros\u00e9, is dat ek niks van hom wil weet as hy soet is nie. Ek s\u00ea nie dis verkeerd nie, ek wil nou nie oordeel nie, maar jy kan my nie genoeg betaal nie. <\/p>\n<p>Die Roodeberg knaap is lieflik droog en vars en, tipies Suid-Afrikaans, vrygewig met die vrugte ja, maar dis elegant ook \u2013 g\u2019n niks Sparletta Raspberry hier nie. Ek skink sommer vinnig \u2019n tweede glas en besluit kook hiervoor moet ek\u2026 en die kos moet pienk wees. Vanselfsprekend.<\/p>\n<p>Min pienk dinge is  vir my lekkerder as gerookte salm (wel, miskien kreef, maar as jy nie self duik of \u2019n p\u00eal het wat duik nie kan jy maar vergeet). So salm is dit toe en, omdat ek beursie bewus is, koop ek nie die f\u00eansie een nie, maar gerookte salm \u2018offcuts\u2019. Hier\u2019s hy \u2013 my salm-en-roomkaas tert. Perfek as \u2019n ligte middag- of aandete, perfek vir \u2019n f\u00eansie teetafel.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-1 fusion_builder_column_1_1 1_1 fusion-one-full fusion-column-first fusion-column-last blogRecipeIngred\" style=\"margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:0px;\"><div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper fusion-flex-column-wrapper-legacy\" style=\"background-position:left top;background-repeat:no-repeat;-webkit-background-size:cover;-moz-background-size:cover;-o-background-size:cover;background-size:cover;padding: 0px 0px 0px 0px;\"><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-2\"><h5>Al wat jy nodig het is&#8230;<\/h5>\n<p><strong>Vir die tertkors<\/strong><br \/>\n200g koekmeel<br \/>\n120g koue botter, in klein blokkies gesny<br \/>\n\u00bct sout<br \/>\n3\u00bd-4E yswater<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vir die vulsel<\/strong><br \/>\n250g roomkaas<br \/>\n250g cr\u00e8me fr\u00e2iche<br \/>\n4 ekstragroot eiers<br \/>\n\u00bct growwe swartpeper<br \/>\n\u00bct sout (dis min sout, maar die salm is geneig om souterig te wees)<br \/>\n200g gerookte salm \u2018offcuts\u2019<br \/>\n1E gekapte dille<br \/>\n2E gekapte grasuie (chives)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vir versiering<\/strong><br \/>\n80g kwaliteit gerookte salm, in lang linte geskeur<br \/>\nmikroblare en groente<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-2 fusion_builder_column_1_1 1_1 fusion-one-full fusion-column-first fusion-column-last blogRecipeMethod\" style=\"margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:20px;\"><div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper fusion-flex-column-wrapper-legacy\" style=\"background-position:left top;background-repeat:no-repeat;-webkit-background-size:cover;-moz-background-size:cover;-o-background-size:cover;background-size:cover;padding: 0px 0px 0px 0px;\"><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-3\"><p class=\"p1\">Om die tertkors te maak: Gooi die meel, sout en botter in jou voedselverwerker en pols tot die mengsel soos growwe broodkrummels lyk.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Voeg die water by en blits tot die deeg net, net begin vorm kry. Keer uit op \u2019n meelbestrooide oppervlak en druk met die hande om \u2019n ronde bal te vorm. Gebruik \u2019n koekroller (liggies met meel gestrooi) om die deegbal 3mm dik uit te rol. Keer \u2019n groot bord op die deeg om en sny die oorskot deeg af sodat jy \u2019n perfekte deegsirkel het.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Sit deeg in \u2019n gesmeerde losbodempan. Prik die basis oraloor met \u2019n vurk. Bedek die deeg met foelie en gooi bakbone (rou rys werk net so goed) in die foelie. Bak teen 200 grade Celsius vir 25-30 minute. Verwyder die foelie en bakbone, prik die basis weer en bak vir nog 5-10 minute tot die kors bros, goudkleurig en deurgebak is. (WENK: Om te keer dat die kors pap raak as jy die nat vulsel ingooi, verf die kors liggies met eierwit voor die tweede baksessie. Dit vorm \u2019n beskermende lagie tussen die kors en die vulsel.) Verwyder en laat afkoel in die pan.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Om die vulsel te maak: Meng al die vulselbestandele en gooi in die tertkors. Bak teen 160 grade Celsius vir 45 minute, skakel die oond af (hou die deur toe) en hou die tert in die oond vir nog 45 minute.
