Braai \u2019n paar frikadelle op \u2019n slag in \u2019n warm pan met bietjie olie tot die frikadelle mooi bruin is. Verwyder en hou eenkant. Voeg die uie by dieselfde pan en roerbraai oor lae hitte vir vyf minute. Stel die hitte hoer, voeg die sampioene by en roerbraai vir nog vyf minute. Volgende kom die knoffel by en word gebraai vir \u2019n minuut of wat.<\/p>\n<p>Voeg dan die water en bees-ekstrak by, draai die hitte laag, sit die deksel op en laat die spulletjie prut vir so 10 minute. Roer die suurroom volgende by sowel as die peper en pas sout aan soos nodig. Sit die frikadelle terug in die pan om deur te verhit en bedien dadelik met rys of pasta.
